OUR HISTORY
Chelsea Recruits is the international teacher recruitment branch of Chelsea International Education LLC, a premium education and business management company, headquartered in Florida, USA.
Our parent company was created by Academics for Academics. It is a registered vendor for the three largest school districts in Florida and the 3rd largest school district in the United States: Miami-Dade Public Schools; Broward Public Schools; and Palm Beach County Public Schools.

OUR PROCESS
Chelsea Recruits works a little different than most recruitment agencies. You don't start by paying a fee and then we throw unsuitable teaching opportunities or teaching candidates at you.
We begin with an initial analysis and consultation to determine where you are today and what you are aiming to achieve in the future. From there, we'll brainstorm 3-5 potential teacher employment strategies, customized to you and your needs. These plans include both digital recruitment applications and human resource services, as well as projected KPIs and real results.
We'll then work with you to select which recruitment plan will be the most beneficial for your budget, timeline and goals. Then, we assemble your team and start implementing - while you sit back and relax.
